Is the product safe?
Yes, Potty Duck is BPA-free, phthalate-free, and meets or exceeds all U.S. and Canadian safety requirements for children’s toys.
Potty Duck also comes with cleaning instructions.
Potty Duck's maker, Potty Discovery LLC, is committed to designing, manufacturing, and distributing safe, quality products. Our production partner has been certified by the International Council of Toy Industries (ICTI) as maintaining a safe and humane workplace. We have also partnered with Intertek, one of the world’s leading independent testing authorities, and global leader in safety and quality assurance services. Our products meet and exceed the standards set by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and the American Society for Testing & Materials (ASTM). Safety Certificate available on request.
How do I place an order?
All of our orders are placed through our website. Use the orange purchase button beneath an item to add it to your cart, then follow the simple checkout instructions to complete your order. Orders for individual ducks can be accessed through the home page.
Satisfaction guarantee - how do refunds work?
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the product, returns will be accepted within 14 days of your item delivery. Please contact us first for a “Return Merchandise Authorization” number and instructions for return. Include “RMA Request” in the email subject line. Merchandise must be in original factory condition. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express) and PayPal.
How secure is your payment processing?
Potty Discovery is hosted on the Shopify platform which is trusted by over 165,000 online store owners. As consumers ourselves we know the importance of a secure site so we chose Shopify to process our sales.
Hitting the Checkout button in your cart will transfer you and your items to Shopify's checkout.shopify.com server to complete the purchase flow. A website that begins with "https:" (vs. http) indicates that you are in a secure environment. Shopify uses 128-bit encrypted SSL certificates and is fully PCI compliant. Shopify store owners never see your credit card information or PayPal authentication token.

Will I have to pay taxes?
If you live in Indiana or Illinois (our home base) we are required by state law to charge tax.
Order shipment
Orders received will be processed and shipped on the next business day. All products are shipped via USPS which guarantees 1-3 day delivery on first class mail anywhere in the US. We currently only ship in the US and do not provide expedited shipping at this time.
Order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation along with tracking information on the day the product is shipped.
